Nutritional Profile
Ultragrain retains the nutrition found in traditional whole grain wheat flour, offering more nutritional benefits than refined white flour. Ultragrain naturally delivers far more vitamin power than refined flour, including five times more niacin and thiamin, 12 times more vitamin E and substantially more B vitamins, riboflavin and folate.
Ultragrain also has valuable minerals—from potassium, phosphorus and magnesium to calcium, iron, manganese and zinc. Ultragrain's nutritional goodness has more dietary fiber and protein, yet has fewer calories and carbohydrates than refined varieties of flour.

Ultragrain History
Initially, Ultragrain was available only to food manufacturers and restaurants. As consumer demand for mainstream, whole grain products increased, Eagle Mills saw an opportunity to bring Ultragrain to the consumer market as retail flour.
