Ultragrain naturally delivers far more vitamin power than refined flour, including five times more niacin and thiamin, 12 times more vitamin E and substantially more B vitamins, riboflavin and folate.

Initially, Ultragrain was available only to food manufacturers and restaurants. As consumer demand for mainstream, whole grain products increased, Eagle Mills saw an opportunity to bring Ultragrain to the consumer market as retail flour.
